Engaging stroke communities through performance and interactive technology

WELCOME TO THE GREEN SCREENING WORKSHOP
We help communities of stroke survivors imagine new physical and social possibilities through the art of performance and interactive technology.
STROKE
There are currently 1.2 millions of stroke survivors in the UK. Once they leave the hospital, the challenge of adjusting to their new possibilities and life routine fosters an increased tendency towards social isolation.
PEER SUPPORT
Peer and social support are substantial to support stroke survivors’ challenges. Sharing experiences and concerns with peers promotes positive change, reduces isolation, increases confidence and improves mental wellbeing.
WHAT WE DO
The Green Screening workshop is a therapeutic, interactive workshop offered to Stroke Support groups around England in partnership with the Stroke Association (UK). We help stroke survivors imagine new physical and social possibilities.
